Location is very desirable as this home is located just outside of Rutherfordton.  No city taxes.  Long range mountain views are stunning as you approach the property.  RS Central High School and RS Middle School are both just minutes away.  The walking trail has close access and shopping, grocery stores, medical facilities are all within 5 minutes.  All of the houses in this location have large lots and all streets are dead end so very little traffic.  This property has 1.72 acres consisting of two lots.  The owner has done a beautiful job preparing the house for the market.  NEW SHINGLES 2026, NEW HVAC IN LATE 2025.  THE HOUSE HAS A LARGE DECK AND THE DECKING AND RAILING ARE NEW.  MUCH OF THE HOUSE HAS FRESH PAINT.  Electrical and plumbing have been inspected and any suggested repairs have been made.  Structurally, the condition of the house is superior to most of the available homes on the market.  As you can tell by the pictures, the house is stunning.
